X1 Mini Bike Help PLEASE!!!?

I have an X1 mini bike and it works perfectly fine. it runs great, and all s perfect except for 2 things. The speedometer does not move at all but it does light up. when i know i am going like 20mph, it says im going 0. Also the engine is always spitting out oil. Please reply on some help!!!!!
