Well the cure isn't permanent like it was thought to be, Magneto proved that in the last scene before the credits started. So Rouge and Mystique will get their powers back after a time

i HATED bobby/kitty scenes. i liked kitty...just not with bobby lol

and the scene at the end of the credits, i so did not get that it is [sp] Xavier's brother[/sp] until i watched the commentary

Major renegotiations possible stumbling block for new 'X-Men'

The surprise clip at the end of this summer's "X-Men: The Last Stand," belied the film's title, leaving room for yet another stand of the mutant brigade. But when and which of the mutant posse will be back are the outstanding questions. Exec producer Lauren Shuler Donner reports that renegotiations will be in order for the fourth installment of the big-screen sagas.
"The newer cast members are signed, and the older cast members are not." Considering the older names involved -- Halle Berry, Hugh Jackman, Rebecca Romijn, Famke Janssen and Anna Paquin -- that could run into a huge chunk of money.

All that's putting the cart before the wolverine, of course, since Hugh Jackman is set to reprise his role as the manicure-challenged mutant superhero in his own film. "Next, we're going to do 'Wolverine,' but not before the end of the year because he's in the Baz Luhrmann film," she says of the filmmaker's untitled Australian epic with Nicole Kidman. However, "We have the script and are working on it."

Shuler Donner reports, "We also have 'Young Magneto' in development." Also on her slate: "Next year, we're going to make 'The Secret Life of Bees,' and we have a movie that's the start of a new franchise at Universal called "Cirque du Freak." It's a series of 12 books originally from England. They're huge best sellers there, and they're going on our children's best sellers list here. We have a script by Brian Helgeland, who wrote 'Man on Fire' and 'L.A. Confidential,' and we're just meeting with directors now. We'll start filming that next summer."

So where does this leave the cast? The older cast members who are not signed for future films include James Marsden and Anna Paquin, both of whom have verbally confirmed that they would return for sequels; newcomers Vinnie Jones and Ellen Page, among others, have signed to return already - but the return of Halle Berry, Hugh Jackman, Famke Janssen, Patrick Stewart and others is not guaranteed. This news does confirm that the creative team behind the films has not ruled out the possibility of an X4, which would only happen after Wolverine (due to go before cameras next year) is done.[/sp]

^ yeah thats y i liked them lol

i usually buy FS only but every store i went to only had the WS versions..i hate those annoying black bars...but i wasn't going to be deprived of my x-men lol
 
This is an old thread but hey! I loved X-Men 3... It was grand... I am excited about getting the Stan Lee's Collector's Edition (2-Disk)

Muahaha....
 
Dont get me wrong as much as i enjoyed the movie there was just some parts that i couldn't bring myself to accept such as:

1. Rogues decision to get the vaccine
2. Mystique's ambush
3. Scott's death
4. Kitty/Bobby scenes


I would also add Xavier's death and Magneto's lack of powers but i know this is reversable seeing as what happened in the extra scene at the end.

I'm assuming no other major characters were killed off during the Phoenix battle so i didnt add that although that is still in question, sadly.
 
i have seen all the deleted scenes and there are bout 3 or where im like wtf y did they delete that!!

if your a storm fan ull like the deleted scenes!
 
i would really like a brotherhood movie, i was really disapointed on all the endings for each x men in the last stand too many tragedies and not enough happy endings :no:

i still wonder if its possible to do a sequel that can undo what was done in X3 i hope some director can find a way.

i really enjoyed the pyro/rogue scenes i would be happy if there was more to come. :look:
