WTF, you can't save VC games on the SD card.

On the CHANNEL SECTION in your MAIN MENU you can choose to save VC games on a SD CARD

wouldn't it be easy to just download some vc games online to your sd card with your computer
i don't think nintendo would allow that

I think the games for the wii are encoded differently. I'm pretty sure its not just a .rom since it has the instruction manual imbedded into it. if the wii could play roms off an sd it'd be all over these forums.

In the other thread I said I wasn't sure. They did say you could store the games on an SD card, but that you couldn't move them among different Wiis. So I'm not sure if they used some security scheme to prevent that, or just removed the ability all together.

Except for doing exactly what they don't want, 512 is plently, considering you can re-download the games as many times as you want.
