lately i'd say last 4 months i've been very picky on what i eat i get heartburn (which never got before) sleep more than normally and my breasts hurt and i told few people this and they jump to the conclusion i'm prego but had my period last week took a prego test week before and can explain the breasts hurting (they growing agian and they don't need to) rawr people need to back off!

Sorry I couldn't tell you, but if your breasts hurt, then they are most likely heavy. Rub Palmer's Natural Shea Cocoa Butter on it to prevent stretch marks. I went bra-less and my boobs grew really fast, and now I am a 15 year old with stretchmarks on my boobs. I wish somebody had told me earlier!

When in Pain...Concentrate on Nipples...Beautiful bulges around...and say to your self " My breast is rejuvenating..being Revitalised...Enjoy saying this over and over again...You will notice Pain will disappear.

Similar is concentration for Heart Burning... take an ANTACID if need be.

Do n't worry...all is fine with you.
God Bless you.

Well it depends on your age for the growing of the breasts, which them hurting is a sign. My sister and I both had our breast grow after we graduated high school and mine are still growing. If you have been depressed lately your body can feel that which can explain the increase in the number of hours you sleep. But it is very possible that you did get pregnant. Even when you are on your period the egg can still become fertilized. The best bet is to get a pregnancy test through your doctor. Plus if you were pregnant your breasts should start growing so early.

hmm well, a possible way to explain this is you have an abundance of estrogen being secreted by your endocrine system. That would make your breasts hurt. I would see a doctor to get that checked out and possibly fix the problem. as far as the heartburn, I would also see a doctor, or get an over-the-counter drug. Some possible drugs you could get are Pepsid or Prilosec. But if you don't want to take medicine, there are certain herbs and minerals/vitamins you can take that will help w/ heartburn (my aunt has bad heartburn problems and she does that - she hates medicine! but i'm sorry i don't remember what it was she took....). As far as the sleep, that could be for a number of reasons: more physical exertion during the day or you aren't sleeping well (I have that problem - take melatonin supplements about an hour before you want to be asleep and they will help you fall asleep and sleep thoroughly. don't worry though, they are completely safe and cheap and can be found at most stores that sell vitamins and supplements but don't take more than 6 mg your first few times until you know how hard they will hit you). Also try setting your alarm in the morning earlier so you will wake up and have more of the day ahead of you. Starting your mornings off w/ cereal or fruit is a great way to help wake up too (grapefruits or grapefruit flavored juice works wonders for me and is much healthier than coffee). hope i helped!!
