hmm well, a possible way to explain this is you have an abundance of estrogen being secreted by your endocrine system. That would make your breasts hurt. I would see a doctor to get that checked out and possibly fix the problem. as far as the heartburn, I would also see a doctor, or get an over-the-counter drug. Some possible drugs you could get are Pepsid or Prilosec. But if you don't want to take medicine, there are certain herbs and minerals/vitamins you can take that will help w/ heartburn (my aunt has bad heartburn problems and she does that - she hates medicine! but i'm sorry i don't remember what it was she took....). As far as the sleep, that could be for a number of reasons: more physical exertion during the day or you aren't sleeping well (I have that problem - take melatonin supplements about an hour before you want to be asleep and they will help you fall asleep and sleep thoroughly. don't worry though, they are completely safe and cheap and can be found at most stores that sell vitamins and supplements but don't take more than 6 mg your first few times until you know how hard they will hit you). Also try setting your alarm in the morning earlier so you will wake up and have more of the day ahead of you. Starting your mornings off w/ cereal or fruit is a great way to help wake up too (grapefruits or grapefruit flavored juice works wonders for me and is much healthier than coffee). hope i helped!!
