Ok I got a letter from T-Mobile today telling me that the majority of my calling has been in a roaming area. It isn't my fault they don't cover Mississippi very well. I have never been late paying a bill and never exceeded my minutes. Btw, I am a flex pay customer. Is this there way of thanking there loyal customers. Well Verizon I guess here I come

I've read TMO does this when users Roam so much that the cost is beyond what they get from your monthly bill, meaning they are losing money on your account. I read that is one way of getting out of your contract without paying ETF's.

at&t did this a couple of years back and wiped out a huge amount of high roamers from their network. It wouldn't surprise me to hear of VZW doing this everyonce in a while as well.

I posted this about 2 months ago that they were starting to send out letters to all the extreme roamers stating that they will be terminating their service.

Well when I moved from Louisiana I informed them they didn't have a tower in my home town and was offering to drop my acct. They told me I had free roaming and not to worry.

I don't blame them, roaming can cost a lot for theme I guess. It sucks though. Does your BB have wifi? Im sure you could have avoiding roaming by using UMA calling whenever you could.
