Wtf surgery on a bomb?

yea this game is tough i've been playing it for a little here and there, but today, i decided i would try and attempt to get to the end. but after about 5 hours i quit. i'm on the end of chapter 6.

The bomb is great in my opinion. This games (especially this stage) uses full use of the wiimote. as the story goes on it def gets tougher.

I found this suggestion guide online. i've used it once. when i attempted this procedure about 2 times and towards the end i couldn't figured there was NO way to get past it. but this guide def. told me what i was doing wrong. (hint: not to use HT till the end)

I'm stuck on 6-8. You have to work on 4 Guilt patients and I always end up spending too much time on the first one (Triti). The damn thing just spawns more Guilt no matter what strategy I use.
 
It's rediculous. There were multiple times where I get it down to 1 Triti with only 1 "pin" holding it in, then BAM the damn things spawns into eleventy billion Triti with full pins on half the screen.
 
that's the stage i'm on too...i use the HT on the first patient, the minute after i cut him open. but i just gotta work on keeping the vitals up on the second patient.
 
From the strategies I've read, the third patient is the hardest and the one that you'll need your HT on which makes the first one all the more of a PITA.
 
I agree now that my theory was wrong, and if you read my statment closer you'll see that i was STUCK on that stage too. THANK YOU VERY LITTLE FOR YOU HELP THOUGH. here's a video that will help you with the triti for the first patient. i found on youtube.
