wtf, seriously.

go out and excersize. not making a flame. when you excersize, you naturally concentrate more on what you are doing, which is also making you tired. so you wont really have the energy to get mad, and your thoughts will slow down, stopping you from having a rush of anger. it helped me a shitload to just go for a run. try it.

This is a little different type of therapie (but belive me its going to work): Just go outdoor and start screaming, crying and everything else u want to do and u will see you r going to lol the rest of the fukcing day and u r going to feel better soon!!!
