wtf cricket wont answer thier customer service!!! ugh

Believe me they make enough money, and why do you think they out source? It's not because it was costing to much to answer calls, it was to make more money. Then after all that they want to limit it to 3 calls?? WTF?? What if I have 4 problems that all are on Crickets end? Again it's just plain BS but hey no contract so I suppose they can do whatever the hell they want.

I will tell you an experience... at where I work we had a customer call 100 times.. YES 100 times a day because he wanted to have BLOCKED calls rejected.

everyone told him we cant..

the last resort?

we waived the EFT and cancelled his phone.

AND what is the ISSUE you have?

do tell us so we can have a laugh please? LOL

there is rarely anything you can solve by calling cricket CS, especially with being able to edit your account online now.

i dispise phone based customer support.

i love it when people tell me that cricket is so unfair... and its not right how they do something... i just tell them no one is forcing them to stay on cricket... if its such an injustice then don't pay your bill anymore.

How is that fair to the customer? You signed up and signed a contract for a service, which Cricket apparently isn't backing. Why should the customer be stuck with an ETF, when Cricket has this stupid practice of not answering a customer call.

I was in customer care for a short period of time with my company, and I'd never ONCE heard of a customer getting released because they called "too much".

It's a bad practice, and I'm sure the court would see the same. I'd advise trying to get out of contract, and going to another carrier. If they refuse, you can take them to court. I think it would be worth it.

it's a flat rate unlimited service with no contract and therefore no overage charges or etf's... if someone is calling care that much there is a problem.
if they are unhappy with the service customers are free to stop paying for it and therefore cancel the service or port there nuraber out without penalty.

cricket never released a customer for calling too much.... that was sprint... and were talking about people that called over 100 times a month for several months... cricket just stops transfering you to a rep if you call to much, but you are free to handle issues in store or at a dealer (where you can take care of most issues)

before you go and start posting some crap next time do 5 seconRAB worth of research...

lol like simple said, read before you post nonsense. cricket doesn't have an etf. complaining about cricket customer service would be like complaining about ATM fee's from your bank. if you don't like it, change banks.

The funny thing about this thread is that the original poster has yet to say what the call to customer service was for.
And if it was about problems with his flashed enV there is no help for him from them anyway. As they will tell you they DO NOT support flashed phones but will try to help if there is a problem.
There are a bunch of threaRAB on this forum that deal with problems with flashed phones more specifically the enV on subjects such as settings reverting back to Verizion settings.
A little searching and he can probably fix the prob himself.

I just saw 2 previous posts from same dude complaining that he can't OTA his flashed enV.
Silly boy read the forums!! There is post after post about this issue! Nope you can't OTA your flashed enV maybe more than a couple of times if that!
So this is prolly his third post to ***** about something he can fix himself if he even tries to troubleshoot the prob by doing some reading!
This isn't a CS problem but a problem with the original poster!
Dude if you flashed the phone yourself just go back in and change the settings back to cricket again! Try this post...
http://www.howardforums.com/showthread.php?t=1150681
this tells you step by step HOW TO FLASH YOUR ENV!
or this post if your settings are reverting

Read and read some more....got that bit of advice from a few of the guys here!

I dont mind debating it. I just like doing things myself. Once the settings on your account are done, there isnt really anything else cricket can do. Why call them for anything other than to change your services?

call #1:how much is my bill
call #2: how much is my bill
call #3: i want to add roaming
call #4: how much is my bill??? what!! take that roaming off it didn't even work when i went to XXX... No i didn't dial anything to update my phone. no one ever told me that
call #5: how much is my bill
call #6: i took the roaming off why is my bill so much
call #7: the last person hung up on me (translation: I didn't like the answer i was getting so I hung up on the last rep) why is my bill so much I took off the roaming
call #8 and on: All representatives are currently busy assisting other customers. Ourautomated system is designed to assist you with most issues.

that's about it...seems if you can't get it worked out within 7 calls, then you can call back and ***** at the automated system...
