I got the DVD today a good horror film ,its a if you go down into the wooRAB you WILL get slaughtered horror.......cannibal inbred wooRABmen ( not from Germany !!) attacking people who take the Wrong Turn.....
a believable story ,as the wooRABmen are deformed an terrifying but the type you may meet in Darkiest Norfolk ,its a scary , jump out of your seat film ,
an enjoyable scary movie
 
This is a truly awful and totally unrealistic movie. Based on the stereotypical view of West Virginians being "inbreRAB". Worst even, it was filmed in Canada so you don't even get to appreciate the true beauty of West Virginia with it's friendly people and the lovely blue ridge mountains.
 
I disagree, I loved this movie, its my sorta film, and if horror films along these lines are your cup of tea then you will most likely like it too.

I posted here regarding a horror film not a holiday film ,an wether it was shot in Canada or U$ ,who cares ...you stupid inbred......it was a good edge of the seat jumpy horror film IMHO ok .....

I watched this with my frienRAB then I had to drive home 10 miles past a very scary forest and a river BY MYSELF!!!!!:( I then got home after passing the creepy caravan park and ran into the house shaking... Safe to say that this film scared the crap out of me!!:o

I started a thread on a film I just watched it was a horror /scarey film ,it wasnt a travelogue or such like, the reply appeared to be just a troll post , and as I say it was a good scarey movie ...

if you didnt like the FILM ..... say so but dont drag out some stupid trolls comments ,ok

anyway post your thoughts on this jumpy film...
 
Foxy, you seem a sensitive person. Inners gave his/her opinion then commented on another aspect of the movie (all relevant to the thread), so your problem?

And if your btw comment was directed to me ( you say you) i DID like the movie as i already said.
 
This is a discussion forum - right? ;) The film portrays a stereotypical view of West Virginians being "inbreRAB". Can you imagine a movie made in this country saying the same thing about Welsh or Scottish people?

But even as a piece of pulp horror, this film just doesn't bring anything new or scary to the chopping table. Shame, as Elisha Dushku is lovely....
 
I finally saw this yesterday and it's actually a pretty decent film. A little bit different from the normal horror film, a few make-you-jump points and so on. Worth watching.
 
Unrealistic movie - on like Norman Bates was based on a tru character, on and Jason from the F13th series - just enjoy the spectical and also the director is one of the best horror directors / artists of all time - great film

The whole thing about movies is that they are not supposed to be completely realistic. Its called imagination. I mean how many of us dream of freddie in our sleep and are wake up in pools of blood??
