Wrong Turn (movie) Question?

I don't know if this is in the first or the second movie, all I can remember is this scene, and I was wondering if someone could tell me the two characters from it - there's a guy in a (red) hat and he's wearing sunglasses sitting on the car in the woods, and the blonde girl is standing on the ground, and she turns to him and tells him to drop his pants.

That's all I can remember, and I was wondering if someone could tell me their two names.
