Use a very very small amount of penetrating oil. Not more than a drop. Then grip the key with a pair of vise grips and gently jiggle it out. Don't pull straight out, you may pull out the whole ignition if you do. Also, make sure you ar holding the release switch. There is a release switch on some fords that wont let you take the key out unless you hold the switch (but you already knew that cause it's your truck right). Good luck, don't get caught.
