I am going through a divorce right now.I have one child. Back in October last year My former attorney advised me to sign a proposed stipulation for child visitation for only 7 hours per week. And I did sign it, because I wanted to see my child so bad that I did not see for over a month. However, court ruled to use a status quo and I was given only 5% physical custody based on that temporary stipulation which is ridiculous. My ex represented me as a horrible father my attorney did not do a good defence and Full Legal Custody was awarded to my ex-wife. I am very upset, there was another court hearing in February however the judge was very reluctant to change the first court order. How can I reverse these court orders????
