for my creative writing class. right now i think i'm gonna go with yellow ledbetter by pearl jam. supposedly, it was nearly all improvisational, and the music that goes along with it makes it one of my top 5 favorite songs. the first stanza...


Unsealed
On a porch a letter sat
Then you said
 
darkness at the break of noon
shadows even the silver spoon
the handmade blade the child's balloon
eclipses both the sun and moon
to understand you know too soon
there is no sense in trying
