Hey guys, i am a book addict and really want to start my own novel. I used to write childrens books when i was younger (never got published) but i want to write more of a novel aimed at teenagers. THe problem is i am absolutely completely stumped as to how to start my book off. If ANYONE has ANY ideas and tips on how to get the creative juices flowing and put pen too paper that would be greatly appreciated. by the way, i do not mean i have writers block, i mean i dont know a good structure for the opening paragraphs. thanks 
alsooo 1.where is your favourite place to write? i,e by the river, inside near family etc.
