If your talking about your character's house or something, if you already said my house, then you can probably just say:
The kitchen. The bedroom. The bed. The bathroom. lol stuff like that.
But don't start each sentence with the same word like "the." Put sentences together to avoid less "my's" like:
My kitchen included the/a sink, dishwasher... blah blah.
And for people, you wouldn't really need to say "my" because it's already first person. Like:
Instead of my uncle____ just say uncle_____
