Writing down an address for a business card?

I'm trying to think of which way to display my address on my business card. Which way should I have it?

North County Street
Chicago, Illinois 60603

N. County St.
Chicago, IL 60603

N County St (no dots)
Chicago, IL 60603

P.S Its not for a business, it's just my name, number, etc., to give out to people...
