i wanna write a letter to the board of education complaining about how student's gpa and 'smartness' is determined, mostly, from their homework grades. i think the rules about homework is very unfair and i wanna write to them about it.
i have a few questions.
1. do i write this to the board of ed or to someone bigger than that?
2. what do i write in it?
3. how do i start it off?
4. do i need a petition to back this up too ?
