Writing a Letter in Japanese- Family Honorifics?

I am going on a student exchange to Japan in a few weeks, and I'm trying to write a postcard to my host family. I've written the message, but I'm not entirely sure how to address the family when writing their name on the address side of the postcard. The family name is Hagihara. Should I say 萩原家　(Hagihara-Kei) or 萩原さま (Hagihara-Sama) or something entirely different? In my message, I wrote Hagihara-kei, but I'm not sure if I should do the same for the address as well.
