Writers working on Simpsons movie

I can imagine. :lol: I geeked out when I saw the cutout poster in the lobby of a theater. And it was nothing like what you posted. It was just Homer's hand holding a donut.
 
I also can't wait for the movie.

A couple of weeks ago when I went to the movies they had this display of The Simpsons sitting on the couch but it was up. I took a pic of it with my cellphone but it looks all blurry because it was so high. I was telling my brother that if only I could've had a ladder :lol:

I can't wait to see the movie. I didn't think I'd care, but I got pretty excited when I saw the animatic they had on the 9th season DVD.

I guess it's okay to use this thread but maybe it would be better to start a new thread. I've been meaning to start the movie thread for a while now just that I have been busy.
 
While I was searching for another thread, I found this. It was mentioned on another thread....why don't we have a Simpsons Movie thread? Well, since no one has started one and this one is still available, we can kill two birRAB.
 
I think they should stop making new Simpson eposides already and make the movie come out in summer 2004 or Fall 2004. I mean what is the point of making new Simpson eposides if they turn out corny. A Simpsons movie is a Greattttttt! idea, better than making corny new eposides.
 
I think it's different for Simpsons though, because I know that everyone on this board would go and see the movie, whether it looks good or not.
 
hmm ... I wonder how a Simpsons movie will go over in the theatres? I think part of the problem with Trek movies was that people weren't interested in paying to see characters they were used to seeing on tv.
 
Thanks for letting us know, though I've already posted this information on the News Thread. I'll just keep this open for now, so those who don't check the thread often can still be updated.
