How much is the d820 on pay as you go? I bet they are both really expensive. Trust it to be expensive when I love the design! Really nice phone Samsung. Samsung are doing top-quality phones at the moment and really nice designs! Shame that they arent around the same price as motorolas.
 
well the d820 is the exact same as the t809. the d800 is different tho. they aren't that expensive.. but they are midrange priced.
 
what i mean is.. the d820 and t809.. are the exact same phone. just different names. t809 is just for american branding.
 
Yes they are minus the things tmobile wanted removed.

I'm still not convinced that TV out has been physically removed from the phone and not just blocked by firmware. Just because someone claims the phone rejected the firmware isn't proof enough for me
 
i believe you can flash d820 firmware onto the t809 to bring back the functionality.. this is just theory.. i haven't tried this yet.
