Wouldnt we be in a better financial position if all the illegals were gone?

They wouldn't be using our schools,hospitals,freeways,etc. There wouldnt be language issues and extra print on everything. They seem to take more than they put in. When we need to widen a freeway or build a new school their country doesn't help out. Whats the deal?

yes our taxes, medical insurance would be lower and we'd have less crime and more jobs for US citizens. we need to close our borders

These illegals are like a swarm of locusts. They come up here and devour or destroy everything they touch. They drain our social services, steal our jobs, turn neighborhoods in to slums, and fill up our federal prisons. I would have to say, yes, we would be in much better shape financially if they were gone. The unemployment rate would be near zero! If the government really wanted to fix the economy, the first thing they should do is send those leeches home!

Illegal immigration is a result of U.S. citizens wanting cheap labor, and affordable merchandise. No, they do not use up schools, hospitals, freeways, taxes. No more than what is given back. The truth is that most illegal immigrants are below the poverty line, and are denied services granted to citizens. In many cases they contribute taxes with the result of never receiving a refund or social security. Many employers even take advantage of this by pocketing the money taken from each paycheck intended for tax purposes.
If illegal immigration ceased the companies who encouraged undocumented workers would then have to grant workers rights to the citizens being hired. Cost would increase. The majority of spanish speaking citizens are here legally, and I assure you that learning a second language is incredibly difficult. Most americans will never understand that.
