I would not. I put on a uniform and served in the navy. Now, I am a Buddhist under the five precepts.

If you elected to refrain from going to war, I would not turn you in.

EDIT--It has been my experience that only three people talk about it being a privelege to serve their country: politicians, recruiters, and people who have never put on a uniform. Sometimes, two of the three coincide.
 
no anyone who would turn someone in for dodging a draft should.... have something really bad done to them like uh... ok i cant think of anything but you get the idea
