If so what to do? I got someone preg after just dating a few months and she cheated on me so we are not together. She told me thte child was not mine but when he was four months old, i found out otherwise by having a paternity test. Ever since, I have paid my set child support and have never missed... And we have joint custody by i only get him every other weekend and once a week. The mother of my son had two children by someone else previous to she and i getting together. She is now with another man and they have gotten married. She has lost custody of her other two children because their father took her to court and her now husband failed a hair folicle drug test for meth. She has now lost her home and she and her husband and my son are living with his parents and she is about to have another child and there are a few more people living there as well. She does not have a job and never has. Is there an argument here for my to get custody of my child? I know that her current husband failed the drug test but what if he passed if we went to court and asked for one? What is any advice i can get on this matter. I am married now with a stable household, great job, and another child. My wife stays home and is all for us getting him... but he would have to be with her while i worked and since his mother is not working, i did not know how the court would look at that as well.
