...to watch? For example, if I refuse to give a job to someone who was a Christian because I felt that showing such illogical and delusional thoughts made him too unstable to trust working for me, do you think that would be an interesting case?

I'd like to see the facts being displayed in a court of law with the worlds media ensuring measured and intellectual decisions instead of responding to pressure by other deluded people.
 
Make a part of the job requirement "Must not be delusional"

The definition of "delusional" is in fact a person who believes a God exist
