A JERSEY accountant is to be extradited to Australia to face charges in connection with a multi-million pound alleged tax fraud in the country.
Philip Eric de Figueiredo (58) was informed this morning that his appeal against the Attorney General’s decision to extradite him had been unsuccessful.
Sir Richard Tucker gave his decision in the Royal Court and de Figueiredo was remanded in custody.
