except children of President, members of Congress, and members of School District boards?

Well, no I wouldn't for such decisions would be taking the rights away from parents deciding what type of education is best and affordable to their child/children.
This law would be interrupting constitutional rights.

No, I support public funded Charter Schools in conjunction with performance comparison to Public Schools.

No. That would not be in the best interest of the education system for America.
I think each state should be in charge of their own education system and each City should be able to decide what kind of school system they want to support. They are the taxpayers, and they should not have education dictated to them by bureaucrats from outside their School District. What works for inner City Detroit or New York might not work for rural Kansas or small town Alabama.

That's the biggest problem I have with politicians - they sentence our children to a life of failing public school system , they block any legislation for vouchers and they all send their children to private schools - as do many teachers.
