Would you support an eye for an eye justice system?

In the literal sense. Whatever the crime, the prosecuted would get exactly the same crime committed to them. A rapists would be sentenced to be raped, murdered would get death penalty, a carjacker would either get their car taken from them or not allowed to own a car, a thief would get everything of equal value taken from them, assault and battery would get the shit beaten out of them, etc. There would be no prisons, unless someone was convicted for kidnapping/locking someone up then they'd be sentenced to be locked up.
 
No no... impalement. Much more suitable.

Also impale rapists and murderers, and those who commit violent larceny, assault with a deadly weapon, fraud, identity theft, gang members, and terrorists.

I mean, if you took about 5000 gang members and impaled them in a geometric pattern on the beaches nearest South-Central LA, it would probably do much for the remainder of their membership, no?

i don't think a country like that would be as liveable as what we've got
 
They wouldn't be running around for long, because if they commit crimes, they'll pay for them under my other post, and they'll either learn to control themselves, learn not to use those drugs if they can't control themselves, or get strung up for being a multiple offender.
 
And if they run around committing violent crimes, they'll get flogged three times and then executed as a repeat offender. Or shot and killed in self defense.

Either way, problem solved.
 
jury duty should require some sort of intelligence test and compensate jurors what they would make for however many hours spent on a case
