the defence system would keep middle eastern missles from reaching our nato allies in europe.the stimulas check will buy some christmas gifts...what is important for your future?
 
I'd rather have an honest president who uses his head. Every decision made by Bush was just some new way to put more $$$MONEY$$$ into the pockets of his rich friends. If he could sell missile's and enrich Halliburton, then that's what he did.

From here on out, how about making decisions based on actual reality! And we don't need $1000 - put it against the money stolen by Bush.
 
I'll take the $1,000. There's no reason to put missiles in Eastern Europe that is traditionally Russia's turf and if the "West" puts missiles there, they WILL put missiles in Cuba, Venezuela and any other country that needs money and doesn't look down on Russia.

And now that they found out that Cuba is sitting pretty on 10 Billion Barrels of crude oil just off their shore it's going to change the whole equation.

Didn't we go through this back in the 60's? Have we learned nothing?
