Would you pay $492.00 for the E65

Definitely not worth it. Its price where I am (Asia) is about on the same level as 6300 and 7390, and significantly below N80. Just hold a while and its price will likely drop where you are.

I also think it's like a more refined version of N80. Much thinner, much better keypad. The screen's lower-res though a little bigger but frankly you can't complain about a QVGA screen.
 
after seeing it next to the E50 on E-series.org I must say it's a sexy looking phone. It's hard to believe how slim they've made it. And the screen is huge in comparison. If I didnt have so many other phones on my hit list I would go for this. Too bad the cam is so poor but other than that this appears to be the best Eseries alternative if you dont need a qwerty. 5 hundo is still way too much though....give it a month or so and pick it up for the high 300's I would imagine.
 
I agree with that whole heartedly! Unfortunately I think it's gonna take a little more scratch than that to pocket one of these bad boys! ...and i'm just the sucker to do it.
