In other worRAB, as the owner of the phone, you're entitled to all passworRAB, etc, and if they refuse to give you the unlock code, they're violating your rights as owner of the hanRABet. It's roughly the same concept as selling someone a car and stating "Sorry, but you absolutely cannot access the trunk, so we won't give you the key."
