Would you join an organized vigilante group to deal with the plague of Yob culture?

Here in the U.K the problem of anti-socialism and in particular inebriated youths and other assorted scum-bags terrorizing their neighborhoods for every day decent folk with shocking impunity is an issue that can only be dealt with, I believe, by resorting to severe measures outside of the law.
The rule of law,the idea of justice and the power of the Police are forever being eroded by the liberal sickness permeating throughout our society.
Do you agree that in the face of a judicial system powerless to stamp out these thugs and unwilling to take action against the same pathetic parents who spawn them,
we the everyday citizens should rise up,organize and meat out proper justice as in ye days of old?

The guiding principle at least to me would be fairly simple
"an Eye for an Eye" and to hell with the human rights of those who persistently behave as wild beasts thereby forfeiting their right to any.
We as members of the universal human family must cease our complacent attitude and stand up to the brainless Yobs who use terror,fear and intimidation in our own back yard.

My question is if such a vigilante group was organized in your town or area to tackle such issues would you readily sign up?
