ok ive been weightlifting for about 6 months maybe 7 and i started out about 110lbs 11% body fat and about 5'7 and only could bench about 85lbs. now im 140lbs idk body fat but i think a little lower and i broke my bench record and i benched 175lbs. So in 7 months would you guys consider that good progress? im 16 btw.
