Usually I don't, but I just came back from my favorite Chinese take-out spot in Watts (Los Angeles), and they had a "B". Back in the day, I used to work in a service deli at a grocery store, so I do know that the health dept. can down grade establishments for minor things, resulting in a "B".
Conversely, I've been to many places that were nasty, but still had an "A". I obviously do not know why they have a "B", but I ordered since I drove a few miles and I was familiar with the spot. In the back of my mind, I feel a decent restuarant is working their way back to obtaining that "A"...which also influenced my decision to eat their food.
What do would you do in this situation?
