I have a complete heart block but my cardiologist said its not life threatening (in my condition) but he would recommend the pace maker be placed in january after having an angiogram dec 10th. I am only 19 and have a 1 year old. I was just diagnosed with this heart condition in the middle of october and was most likely born with it. its weird it was not noticed while being pregnant or anything but anyways the only symptoms I have ever had is extreme fatigue and dizziness and of course very low heart rate. I guess its normal that when i am sleeping my heart rate is at 33 and 34 which is a bit scary. its just that a pacemaker is such a life long thing and i am kind of scared to get it done but my second opinion dr is saying i might not need it so soon he needs a little more info from a test i had done. what would you do. wait? get it done asap?
