It's a 2007 model with auto transmission, and well equipped. It looks great in the photos, and the Carfax report is clean. My concern is the mileage, it's only 3 years old, but has 73,000 miles on it. I've never owned a Honda before, but have heard that miles generally aren't a factor with their cars.
But...in my opinion..that's still a lot of miles in 3 years (over 24,000 per year)
Should I buy it or not?

** They're asking $ 12,700 for it, and the ad says the previous owner did all recommended servicing. I haven't looked at it yet because the dealer is 40 miles away from me. I wanted you guys suggestions before I went over there. **
