Would you buy a 03-05 Honda Accord with over 100,000 miles on it?

This question is pretty self explanatory for people that know Honda's reliability. I'm just not sure if I should buy a car with over 100,000 miles to START. Price wise I am finding 03-05 models in the range of what I want to spend, but the miles are higher than I prefer the car to have. Any suggestions?
