Would Yahoo change their chatting rules for poets...?

Honestly they need to because of all the wierd people who put bad answers as in being mean

Nope, they would change it for obama or even osama. They have a built in chat program, and they want to force us to use it, so they will never allow chatting for poet or noits or anyone else.
