...vitamins help me lose weight? I am a 20 year old female, 5ft 4in, and about 160 lbs. I feel generally unhealthy and unattractive at my current weight and height so I wanted to do something about it. Well I was working out five days a week, cardio (about two to three miles a day), I was weight training and did notice an increase in that department. I was eating healthy, right proportions, calories, every meal and snacks in between. I have been doing this for five weeks now.

Not going off of the number on the scale (which hasn't changed either) I have not lost a single inch off my waist line or any where else for that matter. I have ruled out the "oh its just muscle idea", because well I know the difference between muscle and fat on my stomach when I pull my jeans on.

Okay so now I am looking to change my approach. Would basically going vegetarian for a few weeks, drinking plenty of water, while taking supplements, and working out the same amount as before help me lose weight?
I have a heart palpatation, and so taking a lot of those diet pills make my heart spaz because of the large amounts of caffine... idk about the ones you mentioned and what the caffine levels are like, but thank you for the suggestion. I will look into it.
