hello! i used to be able to go to the gym every other day and work out using machines, but now i dont have time because i joined my schools track team. i was wondering if a combination of track and using a door gym i just bought (chin ups/pullups/some other thing) would help me build muscle. after my workouts, i am very sore. (PS i use the door gym to help with abs and pushups as well) will this be enough to help me increase my muscle mass?
