Would two 18 inch subs fit and perform comfortably in a Buick Regal '82-'87?

And would dampening the trunk with these two monsters hold down shaking the vehicle to pieces?? Not looking for $600+ RE's either.

depends are you putting them in the trunk they would not perform to there peak in crouded box, put them in your back seat in a perfect size box for them. my homie has the loudest truck car in california a honda civic with two 12inch acsendant audio mayem subs in a 10cubic foot box with 10,000 watts

they would fit but performance wise...you would be better off with 2 15's and a bigger box...as for dampening it is always a great idea to dampen everything you can
