Would this help getting into a helicopter in the Army?

if you already had your cfii, i read somewhere someone said that if you already had your cfii that your chances increase significantly for being accepted into the warrant officer flight program, i also did 4 years in the Marine Corps but im not active I got out in jan 07 but im only 24, also is there a way to get 100% accepted into the helicopter school before signing the dotted line, the only way I would go back in would to be a pilot in the army as a warrant officer and nothing else
