Would this CPU cooler fit in this cpu case?

I was considering to build my own computer, but didn't want the stock cpu cooler on it. I also wanna keep it i micro atx case to save space. I was wondering if anyone can tell me for sure if tis cooler will fit in this micro atx case. Please consider the mobo resting on the case mount and cpu slightly sticking out.
