Would this be weird to ask him?

I have a crush on my brother's really hot friend. When ever he's at my house, I'll drop my keys and bend over to pick them up and I'll flirt with him. He knows I like him cuz I pretty much stalk him and I tell my brother that I like him. I comment on his face book alot and i tell him that we're gonna be married and have 2 kids together. He says that he would love to marry me but Im like a sister too him. I try to kiss him but he turn his head so its on the cheek. I really wanna make out with him and I wanna sleep with him but idk if he might get creeped out if I ask him to make out with me. Should I ask him to make out or would it be kinda weird??? Im 16 and he's 17
