Would this be considered discrimination?

My roommate & I have been having a lot of issues with the new leasing office manager at our apartment complex since the old woman was replaced. We had one party, which we did damage control for, and ever since then this woman has been a nightmare! She claims we had the cops called on us that first time, and last time we had a party but it was our neighbor who had the cops there & later down the road she even mentioned how we hadn't cleaned from the first inital party which isn't true because my brother & I cleaned up the throw up our neighbor did over the balcony. She has accused us of having a black dog on our balcony when we only have a white dog and we weren't even home for the dog to be outside. She also called me twice saying that we had been partying hard and left beer bottles broken outside that needed to be cleaned up. I told her both times that we don't drink beer, we drink vodka and that we weren't home (both times) to have been partying. Two months ago she called my roommate saying her rent was late which it wasn't because the time stamp was the 5th not the 6th. After arguing back and forth, this woman I guess just gave up. This past Monday she called my roommate again saying she didn't pay her pet rent. My roommate told her she paid her pet rent in full two months ago and to check her records but again, this woman said my roommate was wrong. My roommate got fed up and told her to check her records, to call her back and hung up. This woman never called back...not even to apologize!

Now I'm going to back track. Eight months ago, I was informing the old leasing manager that my roommate & I would not be renewing our lease. She said as long as we filled out the 60 day notice & had it in by the 5th of December when we paid rent, we would be fine and that she would note it on our account. Apparently that was not done and now this new woman not only charged us for two extra days (until the 7th of January), but she kept my roommate waiting in the office for 15 minutes while she was on the phone. When my roommate was on the phone with this woman later that afternoon discussing the extra money & what I was told, this woman told my roommate that she "didn't have time to argue and that she had someone in the office". So of course my roommate flipped saying how she had her waiting in the office earlier for 15 minutes and now couldn't talk to her because someone was there and pointed out how she treats us differently.

The more I talk about this, the more frustrated I get with this women because she is just unbelieveable. We were able to get her supervisor's number and are planning to communicate via webcam and document everything. But is it worth it to go for discrimination against this woman? Or the apartment complex at all? HELP!
