Would this be classed as rape?

I had an extremely drunken night, and ended up having sex with someone who was completely sober, i told a friend and they said that its classed as rape because its not giving your proper consent. Is this true? xxx
my cousin was also there at the time and he said to her your next, and she was also drunk.
 
I wouldn't call it rape but i would certainly call it 'being taken advantage of'
if you were extremely drunk, how do you remember?
 
legally yes you could take her to court for it. If your a woman its a pretty easy case to win. Though its sexist to say so
 
If a girl is intoxicated she cannot consent to sex and he could be charged with rape. It does not matter whether he knew you were intoxicated, it doesn’t matter if he was intoxicated too, all that matters is that you were not in a state of mind to consent and therefore it is rape.
 
If you consented while u were drunk then thats no ones fault but yours...sorry. If you said no while u were drunk and he still had sex with u forcingly, then thats rape. But drunk or not, if u just went with it, its not rape. You have to fight and say no during the act or else detectives consider it a waste of time.
 
No. You remember what happened. He took advantage of you, probably but you never had told him no. It's not his fault that he decided not to drink and you did.
