Would these be compatible fish?

1 honey gourami
2-3 sparkling gourami

Would that be too much to put in a 10 gallon? Any suggestions? Alternatives? Would these fish get along?
 
the sparkling gouramis grow to 1.5 inches or less.

the honey gouramis grow to 2 inches or less

so I don't think you are overstocked. also these gouramis are much less aggressive than the dwarf or giant gouramis.
 
This is fine but.. your platties are live bearers, and will be giving birth very often. Consider that your fish population will grow, do you have enough space, or do you need a bigger tank. Unless all your platties are male.
Females come pregnant.
