well are you talking about stock rims or aftermarket? but the bolt pattern on the dodge is 8 on 6 1/2 and then bolt pattern on the ford is 8 on 170mm, im not sure if they would match but even if they did you have to look at the backspacing, offset, width and if the rim can clear the rotor and caliper, what you could do i call up a tire shop or custom shop and they should tell you or find out for you
