Would the angler catch the fish?

A fish appears to be 1.25 m below the surface of a pond when viewed from almost directly above. Then angler uses a line 1.5 m. Would he catch the fish?

I am guessing I have to use Snell's law, and take one of the angles to be zero, and the index of refraction of water as 1.33. But not to sure where to go from there... please help!

Not all fish will bite. But you have plenty of line to catch it if you have the right bait.
