Would swinging on a swing ?

help loose fat in my legs ?
the other day i was on one , for about 30 mins. and my legs were hurting a little.
does it actually do anything or no ?
 
Hey i never thought about it that way. But seeing as you're pushing your legs to make the swing go it would make sense that they got some exercise out of it.

maybe it gives your calfes a work out but , not your thighs // i think i have fat thighs too ); but i went online and they sayed squattes are the best thing for thigh thinners , also a pool , and a treddmill for fast and afficant fatt loss
 
Any activity can help burn fat. And if you're a little sore you probably did get a little exercise.

That's why it *should* be so easy for people to be healthy - anything "active" helps.
