PlasmaJet 2 hrs before workout, Jack3d 15 minutes before, Intrabolic during workout, Whey after, and Serious Mass before bed and days i dnt have time for a healthy meal. Hard heavy lifting sets of at least 6 but no more than 12. hitting each muscle with different movements to "confuse" ur muscles. good sleep and OF COURSE.. good diet. Tell me what you think please.
